The legal shelf

The agreements that govern Schedulely — written to describe what the product actually does, including where your data lives.

Effective April 2, 2026 · Schedulely Studio

The short version

Schedulely keeps your workspace data in your browser. Account details (email, hashed password, plan) and workspace state (appointment types, availability, bookings, confirmations, settings) persist locally on your machine. We do not sell data and there is no advertising.

The password you choose is stored only as a SHA-256 digest on your own device — never in plaintext, never transmitted.

What we collect

The account you create: name, email, and plan choice, stored in your browser only.

Workspace state: appointment types and their rules, the weekly availability grid, guest bookings with notes and history, the confirmation trail, and your workspace identity settings.

Anything about your guests beyond what you or they enter themselves is never collected.

What we don't do

No card numbers are collected at checkout — billing fields are explicitly marked and disabled. Nothing is transmitted to external services from this demo.

No tracking pixels, cross-site advertising, or profiling.

Your controls

Export the full bookings record as CSV from the desk or from Settings whenever you want to take it with you.

Reschedule and cancellations are honored from the booking record itself; the history trail keeps every change visible so nothing is hidden from you.

Reset the demo workspace from Settings — types, availability, bookings, and confirmations return to the starter state and your local state is replaced.

Retention

Workspace data persists in your browser until you clear site data or reset the demo. Cancelled bookings and their reasons stay on the history trail so a calendar never quietly loses an appointment.
