About Schedulely
A calendar should be as elegant as the work it arranges.
Schedulely came from two desks — a consultant whose Tuesdays were eaten by email threads that existed only to agree a time, and a studio manager whose team shared one diary and one dream: a booking page they could hand to a client without an apology. They built the scheduler they both wanted: availability with real rules, a booking page with manners, and a trail that tells the truth.
Three things we refuse to ship
No time that isn't real
Slots come from your availability, your buffers, and your notice windows — never from our optimism.
No move without a record
Reschedules and cancellations write history. Yesterday's version of the calendar is always one line away.
No dead controls
Every button on this site drives real behavior — including the demo studio, which books, moves, cancels, and confirms for real.
From email threads to a booking page
2024
The thread that never ended
Nine replies to pick a single time. That night the first booking widget sketch happened — a grid that only showed real availability.
2025
Windows become the product
The weekly grid shipped with buffers and notice thresholds; bookings stopped colliding, and the trail shipped a month later because someone asked 'who moved it?'
2026
The desk opens
Three plans, pooled team availability, guest reschedule links, and a confirmation trail on record. The calendar became the easy part of the week.
Book a week and see it behave.
The demo studio runs the full product — types, availability, bookings, the trail included.
